By creating an Edvly account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Edvly.

What Edvly does

Edvly provides marketing conversations, public TikTok research, hook analysis and original slideshow creation. Availability depends on configured third-party providers and accessible sources. The current version does not publish posts, run ads or send outreach messages.

Your account

Keep your account details accurate and protect your sign-in information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

Your inputs and use of references

Only submit links and information you are allowed to use. You must follow applicable laws and the terms of the platforms whose public content you research. Do not use Edvly to access private accounts, bypass technical restrictions, harass people, or violate another person’s rights.

Edvly may rely on third-party search, social, review, hosting, identity, and payment services. Their availability and the public information they expose can change. Edvly does not control those services.

AI output and accuracy

Answers, reference matching and generated images may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review product claims, captions and visual details before publishing. Views and engagement describe public observations; they do not establish sales or guarantee marketing results. Public references remain the work of their respective creators. Adapt ideas to your product and respect third-party rights.

Subscriptions and credits

Starter costs US$19.99 per month and includes 1,000 credits. Growth costs US$70 per month and includes 4,000 credits. Pro costs US$189 per month and includes 12,000 credits. All three are monthly recurring subscriptions. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. No annual plan is offered.

Payment is collected by Stripe. The allowance renews after confirmed payment for each monthly billing period. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of that period and do not roll over or have cash value. New accounts receive a one-time allowance of 30 welcome credits valid for 30 days. No automatic credit top-ups are enabled.

AI writing and analysis are charged from 1 credit based on text and media processed. TikTok source retrieval uses 5 credits plus AI analysis. Each generated image uses 20 credits. Completed steps remain charged if you stop a request or a later step fails; unused reservations are released. Editing slide text and downloading saved images do not use credits. Provider, rate and usage safeguards may temporarily pause work; contact support if you have unused credits and cannot continue.

You can cancel renewal in Settings or the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves access until the end of the paid period. Plan changes take effect at the next renewal. Existing saved content remains accessible after your subscription ends. Contact support for refunds or billing problems; mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Earlier Starter, Grow, trial and Boost purchases retain their original payment terms. This update does not automatically replace or cancel an earlier subscription. Contact us to migrate an existing subscription without duplicate billing. The previous prospecting features are retired.

Edvly and third-party rights

Edvly’s service, software, and branding belong to Edvly or its licensors. You keep your rights to information you submit, and allow Edvly to process it only as needed to provide the service. Public posts, reviews, names, and logos belong to their respective owners; Edvly is not affiliated with the platforms or companies it analyzes.

Availability and changes

We may update or suspend features to maintain or improve the service. Edvly is provided without a promise that every source, competitor, or result will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
